Gonzalez spent the bulk of his career as a consultant helping businesses improve and reinvent themselves across multiple industries. In 2015, he stopped working for others to return to his roots and passion working with homeowners. He brings together his experiences in construction, design, business consulting, and project management in his approach to residential projects, focusing on whole home management rather than isolated projects.
Early life
Roland Gonzalez grew up in California as the son of hardworking immigrants. He started painting and construction work at the age of 12, eventually working his way through college while supporting his parents and siblings once his aging parents could no longer do so. As a 4.0 student, he was always at the top of his class.
